By accessing the NextGen Campus website, submitting an inquiry, registering for a programme, enrolling in a course, or using applicable online or LMS services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. About NextGen Campus
NextGen Campus provides professional education, training, certification preparation, workshops, bootcamps, certificate programmes, diploma programmes and related educational services.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Users and students must provide accurate information, keep registration information current, comply with programme admission requirements, and understand that registration or enrollment may be subject to availability.
4. Student Accounts and LMS Access
Login credentials are personal to the assigned user. Students must keep passwords confidential, must not share accounts, and are responsible for activities performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to NextGen Campus promptly.
5. Course Information
Course descriptions are provided in good faith. NextGen Campus may reasonably update syllabuses, lecturers, schedules, learning resources or delivery arrangements. Material changes should be communicated where appropriate, and programme-specific terms may additionally apply.
6. Fees and Payments
Applicable registration or course fees must be paid according to the agreed payment plan. Installments must be paid by agreed due dates. Promotional prices or discounts may have validity periods or eligibility requirements.
Third-party examination or certification fees may be separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Students should verify exactly what is included before payment.
7. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, deferments and programme changes are governed by the policy communicated for the applicable programme or enrollment.
Students should obtain the applicable payment and refund terms before enrollment where required.
8. Attendance and Academic Responsibilities
Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing assignments and labs, meeting assessment requirements, maintaining appropriate academic conduct, and following lecturer or institutional instructions.
9. Academic Integrity
Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, impersonation, misuse of assessments and sharing restricted examination materials are prohibited. Violations may result in academic or administrative action.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, course materials, videos, slides, lab documentation, graphics, branding and training resources may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Students receive a limited personal educational-use right where applicable. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, public distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited unless permission has been granted.
11. Recording of Classes
Students may not record, redistribute or publicly publish classes or learning materials without authorization. Where NextGen Campus records sessions for educational purposes, applicable notice and consent requirements should be followed.
12. Acceptable Use of Digital Systems
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, damage systems, circumvent access controls, upload malware, abuse other users, use accounts belonging to others, or interfere with LMS or site operation.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Certification Providers
Some programmes may use external certification platforms, cloud labs, examination providers, learning platforms or payment providers. Their separate terms may apply.
14. Certificates and Academic Records
Certificates and results are issued subject to successful completion of applicable academic, attendance, payment and assessment requirements. NextGen Campus does not guarantee third-party certifications or examination passes.
15. Career and Employment Information
Training may be designed to improve professional and job readiness. Career guidance or employment support may be provided where applicable.
NextGen Campus does not guarantee employment, salary level, promotion, visa approval, overseas placement or examination success unless explicitly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Job Bank listings may be supplied by third-party employers. Candidates are responsible for confirming the role, employer, eligibility, visa, relocation, salary and application requirements before accepting an offer or providing additional information.
Submitting a CV allows NextGen Campus to review the candidate's details for career-support purposes, but does not guarantee that the candidate will be shortlisted, contacted or placed. NextGen Campus will not request passwords or bank details through the Job Bank CV form.
16. Service Availability
Digital services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet or provider outages, security incidents, or events outside reasonable control.
17. Limitation of Liability
Any liability of NextGen Campus is subject to applicable Sri Lankan law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version and updated date will be displayed on the website.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
